Admillio, a trade name of Millio Group B.V., having its registered office at Westhavenweg 109E, 1042 BB Amsterdam, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 42067007, uses cookies and similar technologies to make its website and bookkeeping application work properly and securely and to remember your preferences.

In brief

We use cookies for logging in and for security. In addition, we store a few preferences in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This statement explains which data is stored on your device, why and for how long.

The overview in Article 6 also lists local browser storage. Deleting only cookies does not always delete this local storage. Article 8 explains how you can manage both.

1 What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. The browser may send them along on subsequent visits. LocalStorage is storage within your browser that the application can read; the browser does not automatically send it along with every request. The rules on storage on your device may apply to both technologies.

2 Cookies and your data in the accounts

This statement applies to the website, the login environment and the bookkeeping application at https://admillio.com, including /login and /dashboard. It describes storage on your device. The further processing of data in your records is also governed by the Privacy Policy and, if you are a Customer, the Data Processing Agreement. When you go to an external banking or payment environment, that provider's statement also applies there.

3 Strictly necessary cookies

We use functional cookies and local storage for logging in, securing a bank connection and remembering choices and settings for the features you use. Insofar as this storage is strictly necessary for the service you have requested, no prior consent is required. You can block or delete this storage via your browser; as a result, features or saved preferences may be lost.

4 Analytics cookies

We currently do not place any analytics cookies to measure visitor behaviour. Storing a language choice or menu setting is functional storage and is not used for visitor statistics.

If we introduce analytics technologies at a later date, we will update this statement and the overview. For technologies that require consent, we will ask for it before the storage or reading begins. We will assess any exemption for analytics technologies with limited impact based on their specific configuration and the consequences for your privacy.

5 Marketing cookies

We currently do not place any marketing cookies or advertising pixels for personalised advertising or for tracking visitors across websites.

If this changes, we will first list the technologies used, providers, purposes and retention periods in this statement and ask for prior consent where required.

6 Overview of cookies

The overview below distinguishes between cookies and local storage. Not all items are used on every visit: login cookies belong to account features and the security cookie is only created when a bank connection is started. Cookies may be split into parts with suffixes such as .0 and .1.

7 Consent

We do not ask for consent for the functional storage in Article 6 insofar as it is strictly necessary for the requested service. The current banner stores your choice between “Accept all” and “Strictly necessary only” locally. There are currently no analytics or marketing cookies that are enabled by that choice.

You can clear the stored banner choice by deleting the site data for admillio.com in your browser; the banner will then reappear on the website. This local choice applies to this browser on https://admillio.com and is not automatically carried over to other devices or domains. If we introduce technologies that require consent, we will also offer a directly accessible way to withdraw consent as easily as it was given.

8 Managing cookies

You can delete cookies and local storage via your browser's site data settings. Select admillio.com and delete the associated site data. This may log you out and may remove language, menu and other local preferences. Local storage has no expiry date; it remains until you clear it, the application changes it or the browser cleans it up. Session storage (SessionStorage) is cleared as soon as you close the tab or browser. A cookie's retention period is not the same as the validity period of your logged-in session.

9 Transfers outside the EEA

The local preferences in Article 6 are stored in your browser. For secure login and for providing the service, we engage service providers that process data. Whether this involves transfers outside the European Economic Area depends on their set-up and contracts. The relevant suppliers and any transfers and safeguards must also be described in our Privacy Policy. The absence of analytics and marketing cookies does not mean that all other data processing takes place exclusively within the EEA.

10 Changes to this Cookie Statement

Admillio may change this Cookie Statement from time to time, for example when we start using new cookies. The most recent version is always available on the website, stating the date of the last change.
