One accounting package
for all your bookkeeping.

From creating invoices to your VAT return: every part works together with the rest. A sent invoice counts towards your general ledger and your VAT, and so does a booked receipt. Your books stay up to date without separate spreadsheets.

One set of books, not a pile of tools

Admillio is accounting software, not a stack of apps. An invoice you send counts towards your general ledger and your VAT. A receipt you photograph or send via WhatsApp is recognised and booked. Bank transactions are matched to those same entries. Hours, if you track them, land in the same books.

That way your outstanding overview matches what actually arrives in your account, and your draft VAT return matches what you really did this quarter. The cards above explain each part: invoices and quotes, expenses and receipts, bank, hours, VAT returns, general ledger and reports. Plus two extra ways in: WhatsApp for submitting on the go, and MCP if you want to ask Claude or Cursor how things stand.

Do it yourself, or together with your accountant

The software is built by accountants, for entrepreneurs who want to do it themselves and for practices that support several clients. You invoice and send receipts; an accountant can look along in the same, up-to-date books. Filing with the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst) remains your step, or your practice's.

Not sure which part you need first? Start with invoices or receipts: that's what most businesses work with every day. Pricing and a 30-day trial without a credit card are on the pricing page. Questions? Email support@admillio.com.
