All quarter long you can see what you'll pay or get back. At the end there's nothing left to calculate, only to check.
Every entry counts towards your VAT in real time, so your VAT return is always ready. Your Dutch income tax return is prepared too, so all you have to do is check and file.
A return that's always ready
Slide your turnover and instantly see how much VAT you owe this period.
Admillio recalculates with every entry, so your VAT return is always ready.
All quarter long you can see what you'll pay or get back. At the end there's nothing left to calculate, only to check.
Go back to any quarter and see exactly which entries make up the return, down to the individual line.
Admillio prepares your Dutch income tax return based on your books, so closing the year is a piece of cake.
You add up the VAT on your sales, deduct the input VAT on business expenses, and declare the difference. Most small businesses in the Netherlands do this quarterly, no later than one month after the end of the period. Admillio calculates that sum live with every entry, so all quarter long you can see what you'll pay or get back.
Filing happens in the portal of the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst). Admillio prepares the figures and shows which entries make up the return. You or your accountant check and file. We don't promise to file it with the tax authorities for you.
For a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), 1 May is the standard deadline unless you've been granted an extension. A BV has different deadlines for its annual accounts. Admillio prepares the income tax return based on your entries (Business). Checking and filing remain up to you or your accountant.
The real work is keeping up. If invoices and receipts come in throughout the year, the deadline is a check, not a weekend with a shoebox.
