01What these terms cover

These terms apply to all use of Admillio: the website, the app and all related services. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

02Free trial and subscription

You always start with 30 days free, without a credit card. After that, you choose a subscription (Starter, Pro or Business) that renews automatically every month. You are never locked in: you can cancel every month.

03Payment

Subscriptions are invoiced monthly in advance and collected automatically. Prices exclude VAT. If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you may cancel free of charge.

04Your bookkeeping, your responsibility

Admillio supports your bookkeeping with automatic recognition and prepared tax returns, but you (or your accountant) remain responsible for their accuracy and for filing returns on time. Always check suggestions before you file them.

05Availability and maintenance

We aim for 99.5% availability and schedule maintenance outside office hours wherever possible. We report outages on our status page and work on them straight away.

06Fair use

• Use Admillio only for your own organisation(s) or those of your clients
• Do not share your login details, and use strong passwords
• Do not try to disrupt, copy or misuse the service

07Liability

We do our very best, but we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue or penalties for late tax returns. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding six months.

08Cancellation and your data

You can cancel every month, directly from your account. After cancelling, you can export your complete bookkeeping. After that, we only keep your data for as long as the statutory retention obligation requires.

09Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce important changes at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app.
