01

A mandate with one payment

Your client pays the first invoice with iDEAL and gives a mandate in the same step. No forms to print, sign or send back.

02

Properly announced

Before every collection your client receives the invoice with the amount, the date and their mandate reference. Without a payment button, so nobody pays twice.

03

When a collection fails

Not enough in the account, or the client reverses the payment? They get a tidy email with a payment link and the invoice is open again in your books.

04

Cancelling without the back-and-forth

Your client views or cancels their subscription via their own link, with the notice period you choose. If you end it yourself, your client gets a confirmation.

05

Your wording, your branding

All emails go out in your own layout and in your client's language. Adjust the wording per type of subscription, or use the default.

06

Simply part of your bookkeeping

Every invoice and every collection lands in the same general ledger and the same VAT return. No separate direct debit file to keep track of.

How automatic direct debit works in Admillio

You connect your own Mollie or Stripe account; the money goes straight into your account. For a recurring invoice you choose automatic direct debit. Your client pays the first invoice themselves with iDEAL, and that payment is the mandate. From the next period on, Admillio collects the amount, after the advance notice that SEPA requires.

Recurring invoices are included in every plan. Automatic direct debit is included in Business.

What your client notices

A clear first email explaining how it works, then the invoice every period with the collection date. Via their own link your client can see their subscription and cancel it. They keep the right to have a collection reversed by their bank within eight weeks; that comes with a SEPA direct debit.

Would they rather pay by bank transfer? Then you switch the subscription back to a regular invoice. The mandate is then revoked.
