Your open items, one at a time
Admillio names what is open: a VAT return due within 21 days, sales invoices that are overdue and bank transactions that have not been booked yet. Each item appears as a card on your screen while you talk.
Book by saying it
For a bank transaction, Admillio suggests a ledger account and VAT rate. Say yes, or say what it was for, and the transaction is booked. You can also rebook a transaction that was already booked.
Reminders, invoices and quotes
Have a payment reminder sent for an overdue invoice, or create an invoice or quote by saying who it is for and what it covers. Admillio finds the customer by name, even if you don't say it exactly or add “BV”.
Nothing without your yes
An invoice, quote or reminder is only sent once you say yes, and Admillio checks the email address first. Unsure about an item? Skip it. It simply stays in the app.
Ask a question in between
During the call, ask whatever you want to know about your figures, such as your revenue or who still has to pay. Admillio looks it up in your own accounts.
A summary afterwards
When you hang up, a short summary appears in your conversation with the assistant. So you can see what was booked, sent or skipped.
How a call works
The Call Admillio button is in the assistant, on the web and in the app. After a ring tone you hear Admillio and see the owl on your screen. Admillio greets you to suit the time of day and remembers what your last call was about.
Admillio leads the conversation; you only need to answer. A card with the details appears for each item, so you can see what it is about. On the phone, Admillio cannot do anything you are not allowed to do yourself: your own permissions apply here too.

Calling is included in the Business plan, and you can try it during the free 30-day trial. There is no limit on minutes.
No audio recording is stored. The written transcript of the call is kept for 30 days.
